- GPU: Inno3D GeForce RTX 4090 iCHILL X3. I got it pre-owned for 1500 euro! VRAM usage in VRChat is a non-issue now and the rendering performance in Blender is amazing!
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X3D. 3D v-cache is best for VRChat!
- RAM: Crucial Ballastix Sport LT, 32GB 3000MHz CL15. I used to run this OC’d to 3600MHz CL16, but the config reset when I updated the BIOS and I’m too lazy to fix it again.
- Motherboard: Asus TUF X570-PLUS. Pretty good balance between price and IO. VRM is pretty good too.
- Cooling: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420. Ryzen X3Ds run very hot so a big cooler allows it to stay at boost clock way longer!
- Case: Fractal Design Meshify S2. Big case, lots of options for 140mm fans and the big radiator. I’ve added a pink LED flamingo too! I’ve added some Silent Wings 3 PWM, 140mm fans too.
- Storage: WD Black SN850X 1TB & a random assortment of HDDs and SSDs. Fast and reliable SSD. Boots Windows pretty fast too!
- Monitor: Acer XB273U NX. GSync 240Hz 1440 IPS panel. Great for rhythm games!
